This Refund and Return Policy explains our guidelines for returns, refunds, and exchanges.
1. Return WindowYou may return eligible items within 7 days from the date of delivery.After 7 days, we cannot accept returns or process refunds unless the item is defective or damaged.
2. Eligibility for ReturnsTo be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
Be in its original, unused condition (not assembled, filled, or customized further after delivery).
Be in the original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
Not be a custom-made or personalized item (e.g., boxes with specific names, dates, or custom designs requested by you).
Not fall under sale/final sale items (unless damaged or defective).Note: Because our bid boxes are often used for time-sensitive events like Nikkah ceremonies, we strongly recommend inspecting your order immediately upon delivery.
3. Non-Returnable ItemsThe following items cannot be returned or refunded:Custom or personalized bid boxes/favor boxes.Items that have been assembled, filled with sweets/gifts, or altered in any way.Clearance, discounted, or “Sale!” marked items (unless defective).
Any product that shows signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing parts.
4. Defective or Damaged ItemsIf your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.We will arrange a replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
5. How to Initiate a ReturnContact us via WhatsApp or email at the details provided below.Provide your Order Number, photos of the item (if applicable), and reason for return.Once approved, we will issue a Return Authorization.Ship the item back to our warehouse in Lahore (shipping address will be provided in the approval).Important: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged/defective.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund.Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.Processing time: 5–10 business days after inspection (excluding weekends and public holidays in Pakistan).Partial refunds may apply if the item is not in original condition.Note on Payment Methods:
Credit/Debit Card & Bank Transfers: Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank.Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refunds will be issued via bank transfer (you must provide account details).
7. ExchangesWe currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, design, or quantity, please place a new order and return the unwanted item (subject to the return policy above).
8. Shipping CostsOriginal shipping fees are non-refundable.Return shipping is paid by the customer (unless the return is due to our error).
9. Cancellation PolicyYou may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund (if it has not yet been processed or shipped).After 24 hours or once the order is shipped, cancellations are not accepted.
