1. Ordering & Customization

  • Can I customize the Bid boxes with my own names/dates? Yes! We offer customization options including personalized tags, ribbons, and direct printing on select boxes. Please mention your requirements in the order notes or contact us via WhatsApp.
  • What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)? Our minimum order quantity varies by product. Most standard cardstock boxes have a minimum of 100 pieces, while premium tin boxes may have different requirements.
  • Do you offer empty boxes or can you fill them for us? We primarily sell empty, high-quality favor boxes. However, for bulk orders in specific cities, we can discuss filling options (chocolates, dry fruits, etc.) for an additional cost.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Do you deliver all over Pakistan? Absolutely. We ship to Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, and all other cities via reliable courier services.
  • How long does delivery take?
    • Standard Items: 3–5 business days.
    • Customized Orders: 7–12 business days depending on the complexity of the design.
  • What are the shipping charges? Shipping is calculated based on the weight of your order and your location. You will see the final shipping cost at the checkout page.

3. Quality & Materials

  • What materials are your Bid boxes made of? We use a variety of premium materials including high-grade tinplate, 300gsm+ cardstock, jute, silk, and velvet, depending on the design you choose.
  • Are the colors on the website accurate? We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, due to different screen settings and lighting during photography, slight color variations may occur.

4. Payments & Returns

  • What payment methods do you accept? We accept Bank Transfers, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for standard orders. For highly customized or bulk orders, a partial advance payment is required.
  • What is your return policy? Since many of our products are used for specific events or are customized, we only accept returns if the product is damaged during transit or if you receive the wrong item. Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
